The Royak Group has been a “hosting” client for a while and was looking to make some modifications to their website. The design was fine but the site needed to expand and become more of a usable tool.

Shepherds Loft took the opportunity to suggest a Word Press site. Word Press is an affordable option, offering just enough expansion, browser administration, built in database for portability, and an array of widgets for Internet Marketing.

Sometimes a mistake can turn into an opportunity to do something new and different. We unintentionally suggested a video clip along with pictures for the banner. So the challenge was on, to make both the drop down menu and flash video play in the same area, utilizing space. The outcome is somewhat of a compromise but the drop down menu works when the video is not playing. This was accomplished by using the Flow Player for the video which loads after the user clicks the banner.

Now that The Royak Group website has been converted to Word Press they have all the access and tools they need to update, expand, and market their website. Shepherds Loft will continue host and provide support through tips, tutorials, and updgrades.
