Real Estate Blue Ridge Web Design “Home Page”
The home page banner is well branded with the Coldwell Banker logo, colors and Donna’s name.
Underneath the banner is dynamic home search tool to help visitors find the right real estate for them.
The middle two sections of the home page dynamically pull residential homes and lot listings using an IDX connection.
The last sections are Customer recommendations, Human Society of Blue Ridge, and commonly asked questions in a two-column accordion.
Customer Conversion
For real estate, the website is all about helping the customer search for properties.
The quick property search bar appears under the banner on the home page as well as above the footer on the sub-pages.
Clicking the Search button on the top right scrolls the web page down to the quick search bar on each page.Â
Ultimately, the visitor of this website is ever more than a simple scroll or single click away from making a Real Estate search.
