Tell us. We are here to help. We have two accounts with Sherweb for email services, Office products, security, and other technologies: Reseller and Referral. The Reseller account is where we pay for the services and then bill you. The Referral is one that we refer you to Sherweb and you manage on your own.
To detach your email services and products from Shepherds Loft we will need to migrate your account from the Reseller to Referral, then you have to provide Sherweb with credit card payments on your own.
