Assessing the Original Website

When we first started working with Super Service Doors, a garage door service company in Jasper, Georgia, their existing website had some good foundational elements. The call-to-action with a prominent phone number was clear, and their logo was nicely designed. However, there were several areas that needed improvement, like Story-writing, to better showcase their business and drive more leads.

The content on the site was quite sparse, with only a few lines of text on the home page. There were no FAQs, customer testimonials, or detailed information about the company’s history and credentials. This made it difficult for potential customers to get a full picture of Super Service Doors’ expertise and experience.

The user experience and overall design also felt a bit outdated. While the blue and white color scheme was pleasant, the layout felt scattered and the navigation could have been reduced. Lastly, the product information was not fully up-to-date, which was causing some confusion for customers trying to select the right garage door options.

Story-writing

Addressing the Gaps Our team got to work addressing these issues head-on. We started by expanding the content throughout the site, adding detailed sections on the company’s 25+ years in business, their predominantly female team, and the full range of garage door installation, repair, and customization services they offer.

To build trust and showcase their work, we incorporated customer testimonials and a robust photo gallery highlighting different garage door styles and projects. On the design front, we kept the classic blue and white palette but gave the site a more modern, elegant look and feel. We also streamlined the navigation and added features like an interactive garage door customizer to improve the user experience.

The results have been fantastic. In the year since launching the new website, Super Service Doors has been generating around 2 qualified leads per month – a huge win for their business.
